Making an additional form

The need to have additional forms various between users. In this default MODDED pack there is no additional form visible, but it is one present to use if one would like to...
In the snews.php make a search for function applform(). In this function (which is already formatted for a swedish additional form just to show where and how to add fields, and possible instructions) you now need to make some changes.
The $arrFields[] lines is the added fields that is now present. Change these and add/remove if need be. Also change or comment out the second echo statement located after // Display contact form depending on if you want formular information present or not.
After you're satisfied with the content of your new additional form, you simply make a new .php file containing this line:
<?php applform(); ?>
Rename it to something suitable (I call this one form.php) and upload it. As a last step, you now want to add this to a article or as a page. You do this by simply adding this to an article/page:
PATH TO FILE/form.php
or whatever you named it.
Inside the include tags, which there is a button for benieth the article/page form.
And you will end up with the following additional form (or something similar as I gather you're about to do some changes to it ;) ).
